5 Most Sought-After Napa Wedding Venues

Napa has drawn visitors to explore its glorious vineyards and wineries for decades, but in recent years, more and more people have fallen so in love with it that they’ve decided to celebrate their weddings here. It makes perfect sense to us! We love photographing Napa weddings. These are some of our favorite Napa wedding venues:

The epic Silverado Resort will have a space and a wedding package for you no matter what kind of Napa wedding venues you’re dreaming of! They offer their Mansion Gardens for a ceremony and Grand Ballroom for a reception. This combination will make you feel like you’ve escaped into another world – grander and far more beautiful than our own.

One of the most exciting things about this venue is that they also have a ceremony site right among the Silverado Vineyards. What could be a more magical Napa experience than pledging your love among the vines?

Price range: Varies widely according to your chosen package, guest list, and the spaces you choose to rent. Consider this a general guide.

Reception rental: The Fairway Vineyard and Vintner’s Court -$1000 to $5000; Mansion Gardens – $3000 to $8000; The Grove – $5000 to $10,000

Catering: $170 to $270+ per person.

Venue Capacity: Varies widely according to the space you choose. Outdoor spaces have the capacity for up to 3000 people. Indoors, the Silverado Ballroom can accommodate 400 reception guests, with other rooms and spaces ranging from 30 to 320 guests.

The Estate Yountville describes itself as a ‘naught-meets-nice vibe’, and we have to agree! If you’re looking for a spice of creativity and glamor with your elegance, out of all Napa wedding venues, The Estate could be the perfect one for you.

Their spaces range from a chic pavilion nestled in a lush terraced garden to a modern farmhouse with a private courtyard to a rustic-yet-edgy Barrel Room (think ‘ballroom meets brewery’). If you want the full vineyard experience, you can walk through rows of green grapevines to their luscious ceremony lawn.

This is one of those Napa wedding venues that just couldn’t have been created anywhere else. Its combination of intimacy and elegance, freshness and charm, is so very unique.

Price range: Starts at $225 per person, plus site fees which vary greatly according to your package.

Venue Capacity: The Pavilion – 140 to 250; The Social – 100 to 140; The Barrel Room – 250+

Meritage Resort and Spa is among the Napa wedding venues that have it all. It features stunning panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and the largest ballroom in Napa Valley – not to mention all the benefits of coming to stay at a world-class spa resort. Your guests will thank you!

Maybe our favorite thing about this is something we haven’t seen in most other Napa wedding venues, and that is their Estate Cave – an incredibly atmospheric cellar venue space built in the hill beneath their vineyards. With warm stone and a barrel ceiling, this is a striking immersion into Wine Country.

Price range: Starts at $190 per person, plus a $6500 site fee. Can vary depending on the space and package.

Venue Capacity: Varies widely according to the space you choose. Capacity ranges from 30 to 1000 people. The Vineyard Deck can seat 350 to 420 people.

The views are what make a wedding at Auberge Du Soleil truly special. Their terrace and ceremony deck are unlike any of the other Napa wedding venues, and they will give you and your friends and family a once-in-a-lifetime moment as you all gather above the beauty on display.

The views don’t stop at the ceremony, either! The dining terraces feature floor-to-ceiling French windows opening out onto the great outdoors. The food here is particularly delicious. This is one of the Napa wedding venues that is best suited to a smaller group – quality over quantity is what makes it truly shine.

Price range: Varies widely according to your chosen package and guest list, ranging from $2000 to $10,000 as a rental fee.

Venue Capacity: 60 to 120 people depending on the space you choose.

The Carneros Resort offers the height of elegant luxury in a ‘farm-inspired’ aesthetic that is true to the roots of Napa. They offer 8 different possible wedding sites. For an outdoor ceremony, consider their romantic trellised Arbor with its rolling scenery backdrop or the Carneros Courtyard, designed for a luscious outdoor celebration. Indoors there is a selection of gorgeous, light-flooded ballrooms, as well as a dining hall with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Carneros has worked hard on their intimate wedding and elopement packages, so if you’re dreaming along those lines, be sure to look into what they have on offer.

Price range: Starts at $120 per person, with a $4000 to $13,000 rental fee. An all-inclusive elopement package is $9000.

Venue Capacity: Up to 175 people.
